CONGRATULATIONS! You received a "Pin Code" when you recieved your Prepaid Adult Internet Access Demo Card. You will find the number on the back of the card labled as "HERE IS YOUR ACCESS NUMBER". Complete the form below and access information to Top Shelf Sex will be emailed to the email address you provide. After you press the button Receive Access To Top Shelf Sex , you will see the needed user name and password to access the members area. Note: All Pins/Access Numbers are CaSe SeNsItIvE. (Please make sure that you type in the Pin/Access Code EXACTLY the way that it is on the card).

• Get your PrePaid Adult Internet Access Card in hand
• Turn your card over so you are looking at the back of the card
• Look for a black and gray striped area on the back of the card
• Use your fingernail, key, or coin to scratch off this area (your pin number is under this)
• Type your Pin Number into the form below EXACTLY the way that it is on the card
• Enter your email addreess into the form below
• Type in a password that you will remember into the form below
• Verify your password by typing your password again into the verify section of the form below
• Last step is to click on "Receive Access To Top Shelf Sex"
